Senior Project Payroll Consultant | London | Hybrid | 4 months Temporary Assignment | £500 – £900 per day
My client, a prestigious organisation based in the City of London are currently seeking a Senior Project Payroll Consultant for a 4 Month basis.
This is a senior payroll consultant position that would be capable of assessing the current payroll operating model with a view to recommending a new/improved operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the current payroll operating model end to end across process, governance, systems, service delivery, controls, and stakeholder accountabilities.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and pain points
- Assess whether the current model is the optimum setup for the future
- Evaluate realistic future-state options
- Recommend the most effective, efficient, and resilient payroll operating model for the future, that sits appropriate alongside our risk profile as an organisation
- Provide a practical implementation roadmap for any recommendations made
- Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and commercially sensible way
- Strong experience in global payroll operating model review and redesign
- Experience of outsourced payroll environments
- Experience working across international organisations
- Good judgement on governance, controls, service quality, and risk
- Payroll transformation experience
- HR systems knowledge
- Provider selection or transition experience
- Background in both strategy and delivery
- Current-state review
- Options paper
- Recommendation paper
- Implementation roadmap
- Executive presentation
