      Role Summary

      As a Consultant in Advisory Services, you will play a key role in leading project workstreams and contributing to end-to-end transformation initiatives, from strategy through implementation.

      You will work closely with senior advisors, clients, and stakeholders to assess HR functions, design fit-for-purpose operating models, define technology enablement strategies, and support change and adoption.

      This is a hands-on role suited for someone with strong analytical skills, project delivery experience, and an interest in the future of HR and Payroll transformation.


      Key Responsibilities

      Client Engagement

      • Lead client workshops and meetings, facilitating discussions and gathering complex requirements.
      • Support software and professional services selection cycles, including definition, documentation, evaluation, and negotiation.
      • Collaborate with clients to understand challenges, gather requirements, and develop practical, people-focused solutions.
      • Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations and deliverables.
      • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.

      HR, Time Management & Payroll Transformation Projects

      • Lead and support HR transformation projects, including strategy, operating model design, process optimization, and change management.
      • Conduct current-state assessments, including data gathering, process mapping, systems analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
      • Translate client needs into clear requirements, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
      • Research HR best practices, trends, and technologies and provide strategic recommendations.
      • Provide insight into HR and payroll practices, technologies, and vendor solutions, including Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, Oracle, UKG, and ADP.
      • Develop HR transformation strategies and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
      • Lead the design and implementation of HR, time management, and payroll processes, policies, and systems.
      • Develop and execute change management plans and communication strategies to support adoption.
      • Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights.

      Project Management

      • Support project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
      • Maintain project documentation and track progress.
      • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues.

      Internal Development

      • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal tools, methodologies, and knowledge-sharing practices.
      • Support business development through proposals, presentations, and client conversations.
      • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
      • Identify opportunities for accelerators, AI tools, and other assets that may benefit clients and service delivery.

      What We’re Looking For

      • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
      • 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, consulting, or a related field.
      • Strong understanding of HR and payroll functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, time and attendance, employee data, compliance, and payroll cycles.
      • Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Dayforce, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, or Oracle HCM.
      • Experience analyzing current-state environments, gathering requirements, and working with both business and IT stakeholders.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as collaboration platforms such as Miro, Teams, and SharePoint.
      • Bilingualism in French and English is considered a strong asset.
