Payroll Administrator
Location: London
Salary: Circa £32,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8am-5pm
Fully office based
Your role
- Processing end to end monthly & weekly payroll for 600 employees using Coins
- Statutory payments – SSP, SPP, SMP
- Starters and leavers
- Manage the administration of their pension schemes, including auto-enrolment processes, contributions, and liaising with pension providers.
- Benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with current pension regulations and maintain accurate records
- Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation and pension regulations
About you
- Eager to learn, proactive, enthusiastic
- 2-3+ years payroll experience
- End to end payroll processing experience
- Desirable: Experience using Coins
