Payroll Specialist

The Role
We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage high-volume payroll operations with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent service.
EMEA Experience? Fantastic.
If you have experience processing EMEA payroll, that’s a strong advantage.
If you don’t-but you’re eager to learn and expand into EMEA payroll, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your international payroll expertise. We value curiosity and development just as much as experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing high-volume, end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- Reconciling payroll reports and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting audits and maintaining accurate payroll records
- Partnering with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Solid knowledge of payroll systems and Excel
- EMEA payroll knowledge (desirable, not essential)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
