We are currently partnered with a global manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join them on a permanent basis
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Accurate delivery of payrolls for 2100+ employees
- Input and maintenance of Masterfile data and of variable data input to the payroll system
- Promote continuous improvement on processes and the HRIS system
- Ensure a culture of problem identification then resolution
- Liaise with Site teams with Time and Attendance systems
- Year-end process and production of P60’s
- Involvement in other ad hoc projects as and when required
Experience requirements:
- 5+ years payroll experience including experience on high volume, multi-sited payrolls
- Strong excel skills (VLOOKUP’s & Pivot Tables)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
