      We are pleased to be working with a fantastic organisation in the construction industry who are currently hiring for a Payroll Manager on a permanent, full time basis.

      Reporting into the Head of Payroll, this role will play a key part in the management of high-volume UK payrolls and leadership of the medium sized Payroll & HR Team.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Own and manage end to end UK payroll
      • Ensure full compliance with HMRC, including PAYE, RTI submissions and year end reporting (P60, P11D, PSA)
      • Oversee the administration of UK Pensions, Benefit in Kind and salary sacrifice
      • Act as an escalation point for complex payroll queries
      • Lead, manage and develop the payroll team
      • Provide payroll-related data and analysis for budgeting and forecasting

      Experience required:

      • Exemplary UK payroll knowledge
      • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
      • Experience of working with payroll systems (ADP or iTrent preferable)
      • The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

      This role will be office based for initial probation period, with hybrid working of 3 days per week in the office thereafter. Other benefits include a generous pension scheme, 25 days annual leave and private healthcare.
