A Payroll Manager is urgently required for a fast-growing organisation based in Reading.
This role will take responsibility for the payroll function and manage a small team on a daily basis.
This is a critical role for the business and would like candidates to start ASAP.
As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple UK Payrolls across a weekly and monthly basis.
- This payroll is processed in-house and on a full start to finish basis
- You will oversee all payroll deductions, including SSP, SMP, SPP, N.I & PAYE
- All year-end, including P11Ds and P60s
- Management of a small payroll team on a daily basis
- Producing payroll reports and analysis for the wider payroll function
