      A high-performing financial services organisation is hiring a Senior EMEA Payroll Manager to lead and evolve its payroll function across the region. This is a senior, strategic role for a true payroll leader who thrives in complex, multi-country environments and enjoys partnering closely with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders.

      Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the EMEA payroll strategy, ensuring operational excellence while driving transformation and continuous improvement.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Leading payroll operations across multiple EMEA markets, with core responsibility for UK, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, and Germany
      • Managing and developing a small, high-performing payroll team across the UK and other EMEA offices
      • Designing and executing the EMEA payroll strategy, aligned with wider business objectives
      • Owning and delivering a payroll transformation roadmap, including process optimisation and scalability
      • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across high-volume payroll environments
      • Acting as a key partner to HR and Finance, strengthening collaboration and end-to-end delivery
      • Providing strategic guidance and insight to the senior leadership team
      • Continuously optimising and evolving payroll operations to support business growth

      About You:

      • A true payroll leader with a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise
      • Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-country EMEA payrolls
      • Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching and developing teams
      • Highly collaborative, with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
      • Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels in a fast-paced environment
