Main purpose of the job
- Forecasting demand using past data.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships
- Contract and pricing negotiation
- Collaboration with internal teams
- Managing of inventory levels
Job Requirements
- Experience within a produce/food buying role is essential
- Strong analytical skills
- Happy to travel for supplier visits
- Good understanding of market trends.
