Are you an experienced & ambitious payroll professional looking for a new challenge? We are pleased to be working with a fantastic professional services organisation who are currently hiring a permanent Payroll Coordinator.
Reporting into the Benefits Manager, this role will work within a small and supportive team responsible for end to end payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the payroll team in the processing of a UK & small EMEA payroll
- Processing new starters, leavers and salary deductions
- Calculating salary increases, holiday, sick and maternity pay
- Process monthly benefit files for BIK tax deductions
- Liaise with HMRC as necessary
- Liaise with key stakeholders, HR & Finance
- Resolving payroll related queries
- Auto enrolment duties
Experience required:
- Excellent understanding of UK payroll legislation, ideally gained within a professional services or similar environment
- Proficiency with payroll software (ADP being highly desirable)
- Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups/Pivot Tables)
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
This role offers flexibility for hybrid working, with 4 days a week in their London offices and 1 day WFH. Working hours are 9:30-5:30 and benefits include an annual discretionary bonus, private healthcare, 25 days annual leave & free breakfast & lunch onsite.
