Payroll Specialist
£18-20 per hour

Job Overview
You will be a key part of the people team to provide support within the payroll function for approximately 3 months potentially with the view to go permanent.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Processing end to end payrolls for around 400 employees from start to finish
- Complete year end payroll processes
- Payroll reconciliations
- Working closely with finance and HR teams
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Experience running payrolls from start to finish
- Relevant telephone experience
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
- Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience working in a UK payroll function
- Experience using Employment Hero (desirable)
- Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation
- Experience with excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
