Role: Bilingual Payroll Specialist
Location: Montreal, Gatineau or Toronto
Working model: 1 day a week onsite
Our client that is a top accountancy firm is seeking experienced outsourced payroll professionals to join their teams.
Overview:
- Experienced processing multi-client payroll in a fast paced environment.
- Prior experience supporting high volume environments for A-Z processing is ideal
- Working in partnership with clients to manage employee inquiries and questions regarding their pay is ideal
- Familiarity with outsourced environments is an asset for this role
- Multi-cycle payroll processing with weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly and monthly payroll is ideal
- Year end reporting for T4s/T4as/T2200s/RL-1s
- Strong understanding of payroll reporting for remittances, reconcilations and quarterly fillings
- Multi-rovincial processing with clients across Canada – Quebec payroll is an asset.
- Communication in both french and english is considered an asset
- PCP certification is considered an asset
Package:
- 65,000-80,000
