      Role: Payroll Coordinator

      Location: Vaughan

      Working model: Onsite

      Our client is looking for an experienced full cycle payroll professional to join the organization to support full cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees

      Responsibilities

      • Experienced full cycle payroll professional
      • comfortable handling a high volume hourly environment
      • Strong legislative compliance payroll knowledge – staying up to date with any relevant changes and updates
      • Update and maintain employee records across payroll platforms (e.g., promotions, leaves, terminations, new hires)
      • Respond professionally to payroll-related inquiries or direct them to the appropriate contact
      • Previous experience using Ceridian Dayforce considered an asset
      • Familiar with Time and Attendance softwares, able to handle timesheet verification and audits when necessary
      • Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification considered an asset
