Role: HRIS Analyst

Location: Downtown Toronto (1-2 days onsite)
Our client in the mining and development space is actively seeking an experienced Dayforce systems analyst to join their People Operations team to support their HRIS environment
Overview:
- Reporting to the Director of People & Culture the HRIS Analyst is responsbile for working alongside payroll, benefits and HR operations on the Dayforce HCM system management
- deally, this candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling Dayforce configuration support such as; earnings codes, deductions, vacation changes in the database etc.
- supporting the employees regarding any database error fixes providing systems support
- recommendations for automation changes and projects to support reducing timelines
- familarity with HR practices for US and Canada considered an asset
- ability to onboard and offboard employee profiles into the database
- seeking someone who can work with the team and think outside of the box to suggest changes

- base salary contingent on experience 75-85K
