🚨 Bilingual Payroll Specialist – Fully Remote (Ontario or Quebec) 🚨
I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Payroll Specialist (French/English) to join a high-volume, multi-provincial payroll team supporting approximately 1,600 employees across ON, QC, BC, and AB.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in Ontario or Quebec.
* Full-cycle payroll processing for a large, multi-provincial workforce
* Hands-on UKG payroll system ownership (must-have experience)
* Managing Time & Attendance, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
* Processing remittances including CRA, Revenu Québec, WSIB/WCB, EHT, CNESST
* Supporting year-end activities (T4s, Relevé 1s, ROEs, etc.)
* Acting as a key point of contact for payroll inquiries in both English & French
* Supporting audits, reconciliations, and ongoing payroll process improvements
* 5+ years of Canadian payroll experience
* Strong UKG (required) experience
* Fully bilingual in English and French
* Experience with multi-provincial payroll (including Quebec)
* Strong understanding of payroll compliance and remittances
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
