Payroll Specialist – Mexico Payroll (Remote | Long Term Contract)
Immediate Opportunity – Payroll Specialist (Mexico Payroll)
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with strong Mexico payroll experience to support a global organization through a payroll transition and implementation project.
This is a fully remote long term contract with potential for extension.
What You’ll Do
- Support Mexico payroll operations (ADP environment)
- Assist with payroll cleanup and transition preparation
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
- Work with HR, finance, and global teams (including Spanish-speaking stakeholders)
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5+ years of Mexican payroll experience
- Spanish speaking (required)
- ADP or outsourced payroll experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
