Role: Payroll Administrator
Location: Vaughan
Working model: 5 days onsite
Our client in the building and construction space are looking to grow their payroll and HR department! Are you a junior payroll professional who is eager to learn, working towards your PCP and ready for a great opportunity? Look no further!
Responsibilities:
- Join an establish payroll team and support processing 750+ employees across ON
- Assist with weekly and biweekly payroll cycles
- Gain valuable hands on experience working alongside certified payroll professionals
- Support union and non union employees
- Support payroll audits, reporting and year end processes
- Perform related payroll and administrative opportunities in support of the team
- Respond to employees payroll inquries in a professional and timely manner
- Previous payroll processing experience is considered an asset
- High attention to detail, great communicator and eager to learn
- PCP certification or enrollment in the PCP program is ideal but not mandatory
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills
