Location: Burlington ON

Our client – a thriving independently owned business – in the consultancy space is seeking an experienced payroll & benefits specialist to lead the operations within their growing environment. If you’re a confident payroll compliance leader with ADP WFN, apply now!

Reporting to the Director of Finance the ideal candidate for this role will have;

• strong compliance and legislative knowledge for ON payroll
• experience processing A-Z payroll for both salaried and hourly employees
• previous experience managing 200-300 employees
• confidence in navigating the ADP WFN paroll system for pulling reports, validating payroll submissions etc.
• prior experience with GL reporting, reconciliations and remittances
• ability to independently manage T4s and T2200s
• previous experience working with benefit deductions, RRSP company matching and benefit remittances.
• working closely alongside HR and Finance
• clear communication – comfortable working with benefit vendors and answering employee inquiries
• PCP certification considered an asset
