      Role: Payroll Administrator

      Location: Vaughan (onsite)

      Our client in the building and construction space is actively on the market to hire an experienced full cycle payroll administrator to join their team.

      Responsibilities:

      • Experienced processing full cycle payroll in the province of ON
      • Previous experience working with multiple pay groups considered an asset
      • Strong federal / provincial legislative compliance knoweledge
      • Working in a fast paced, unionized environment – managing hourly pay cycles
      • Good communication – ability to answer employees questions about their payroll, collaborate with HR and Finance teams etc.
      • Systems experience with Jonas considered an asset
      • Confidence working with excel to make modifications using VLOOKUP and pivot tables
      • PCP considered an asset
