      We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations, support HR tasks, and ensure accurate and timely compensation. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional to contribute to a dynamic team.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Process full-cycle payroll for 800 employees using ADP.
      • Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and benefits adjustments.
      • Prepare and issue Records of Employment (ROEs) and manage payroll reconciliations.
      • Support HR with various payroll-related tasks, including reporting and employee inquiries.
      • Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation, internal policies, and collective agreements where applicable.

      Qualifications:

      • PCP-certified (or actively working toward certification).
      • Proven experience processing payroll for large employee populations (manufacturing experience is a plus).
      • Hands-on experience with ADP payroll system.
      • Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and reconciliation processes.
      • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with HR and Finance teams.
