Portfolio Payroll is pleased to offer a fantastic temporary opportunity for a Junior Payroll Administrator to join a dynamic payroll team. This role is ideal for an individual with payroll experience looking to contribute to high-volume payroll processing and benefits administration within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll for both weekly and bi-weekly cycles
- Process payroll for over 500+ salaried and hourly employees
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for accurate and timely payroll processing
- Assist with the payroll & general administrative duties
- Support benefits administration and data entry as required
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of payroll processing experience
- Proficient in ADP WFN (Workforce Now)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
