This growing multi-sited Chartered Accountancy firm is continuing to strengthen its national payroll capability, and are now seeking a high‑performing Senior Payroll Associate to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a role for someone who brings technical excellence, client confidence and a solutions‑driven mindset.
What This Role Demands
- UK payroll expertise – accuracy, compliance and confident handling of complex payroll scenarios remain central. You’ll be trusted to deliver work to an exceptional standard.
- Client engagement – you’ll communicate clearly, build trust quickly and represent the firm with professionalism and credibility.
- Paycircle experience – strong, hands‑on experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Process improvement mindset – the team is committed to streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency and maintaining their position at the forefront of the market.
- Quality, ownership and integrity – you’ll bring a blend of structure, accountability and solution‑orientation, ensuring clients receive a service that stands out.
