Role: US Payroll Specialist
Location: North York – 2 days onsite
Are you an experienced US payroll specialist with year end experience?
Our client is actively seeking support for their year end processing for multiple states across the US
Job
- partner with the canadian payroll specialist to lead US payroll processing and year end activities
- knowledgeable with states such as Texas, Illinois and Arizona
- confident with state and federal taxes
- W2s and 1099s
- 401K experience
- prior systems experience with ADP WFN / ADP Run considered an asset
- strong excel expertise
This is a 6 month contract with potential for extension working under finance

- hybrid role
- potential extension
- 30-45 per hour rate dependent on experience level
