Role: Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist
Industry: Finance
Role: Hybrid 2-3 days downtown toronto
Our client is actively on the market for an experienced full cycle payroll professional able to own the entire payroll process and collaborate with finance and HR to make recommendations for improvement
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Experience processing full cycle payroll and benefits for up to 200 employees – including year end responsibilities
- Experienced handling garnishments and deductions
- Previous ADP systems experience considered an asset but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across the organization when necessary
- Previous systems optimization or implementation experience
- Taxable benefit experience
- Interest in working on payroll improvement and optimization projects.
- PCP is considered an asset
