      Role: Senior Payroll Specialist

      Location: Burnaby BC

      Hybrid – 3 days in office (tuesday/wednesday/thursday)

      Our client works extensively across both US and Canada (multi-provincial and multi-state) and is seeking an experienced senior specialist to lead the organizations payroll operations

      This is a full time permanent role reporting directly to the CFO

      Responsibilities:

      • Processing end to end payroll and benefits for 200 employees in Canada and the US
      • strong taxable benefit experience – i.e. travel reimbursement, mileage, commission and bonus etc.
      • ability to wokr closely alongside both HR and Finance team for employee onboarding, GL reporting, payroll audits etc.
      • previous employee benefit processing experience
      • Ability to communicate effectively with benefit vendors, leadership and employees regarding their pay
      • Systems experience with ADP WFN considered and asset
      • PCP certification or similar considered an asset
