Role: Senior Payroll Specialist
Location: Markham (onsite)
Working to support the Payroll Manager this candidate would act as the intermediary between the team and the payroll manger. Looking to take that next step towards team leadership? This is a fantastic opportunity for you!
Overview:
- Processing high volume weekly payroll for 5K+ hourly and salaried employees across Canada
- Working within a multi-unionized environment
- Strong reconciliation and remittance experience
- Experience working with union dues
- Working to support the team of 4 payroll specialists and analyst with the processing, escalations etc.
- Strong excel
- Payroll systems experience with; ADP WFN, JDEdwards or Workday considered an asset
- PCP or PLP (formerly CPM) considered an asset
For you
- base salary 80-95K
