The Portfolio Payroll Contract Team is seeking a hands-on Senior Payroll Lead / Manager to join a fast-paced Toronto organization. Amazing Hybrid Temporary opportunity for that individual that can take ownership of the full-cycle payroll process across multiple provinces. You consider yourself a candidate with deep expertise with ADP Workforce Now.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead payroll for over 500 employees, process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll.
- Maintain compliance with federal/provincial payroll regulations and reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Responsible for all payroll-related information maintenance in ADP Workforce Now.
Please note that the role requires 5-8+ years of progressive payroll experience, PCP designation is preferred. You possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
