Role: Senior Payroll Administrator
Location: Vaughan
Hybrid: 3 days onsite – transit accessible
Our client, in the building and construction space are actively seeking an experienced full cycle senior payroll administrator to join their US processing team.
If you have experience processing 100+ salaried / hourly employees in the US and are looking for career advancement and development – this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager = US Payroll, you will be expected to manage the full cycle processing for 500+ US based employees using Workday
- Experience processing W2s and other year end documents
- Comfortable with state and federal jurisdictional tax for multi-US states
- comfortable working in a high volume hourly environment
- prior unionized payroll experience considered an asset
- PCP certification considered an asset.

- base salary 70,000-80,000 based on experience
