Portfolio Payroll has a great temporary opportunity for a Payroll Specialist, working for an exclusive high end luxury client in the heart of downtown Toronto
You will add to the payroll team to assist with the processing of high-volume payroll cycles and support with benefits administration. If you are a payroll professional with the ability to work, please read below.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle payroll for bi-weekly payroll cycles
- Must have experience with Workday payroll software
- Process payroll for 1000 + salaried & hourly employees
- Prepare supporting with T220’s, T4’s, Journal entries, ROE’s & Reconciliation
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience in a busy or high-volume environment
- Workday experience is required
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident user of Excel
- Ability to work in fast paced environments
