Payroll Manager

Role: Payroll Manager

Location: Mississauga

Environment: 3 days onsite

Our client is eagerly looking to find an experienced, hands on payroll manager to join the organization.

Role:

• Reporting to the Senior Manager of People and Culture the ideal candidate for this opportunity will be comfortable working within collaborative team environments
• Overseeing 2 direct payroll administrators
• The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for the payroll operations for 500+ multi-provincial Canadian employees
• Strong legislative payroll compliance knowledge for Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba is ideal for this opportunity
• Previous payroll project experience, working to develop and document SOPs, working closely with vendors etc.
• Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to make recommendations for change
• Systems experience with Avanti is considered an asset
• PLP or CPM considered an asset for this role

Package

• 100,000-130,000 based on experience
