      Job Title: HR Payroll Administrator (Hybrid)
      Location: Toronto Ontario- 2-3 Days Onsite
      Industry: Finance / Insurance

      Job Summary:
      We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team in the finance/insurance sector. This hybrid role (2-3 days onsite) is responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll using ADP Workforce Now & ADP TeamPay, supporting compliance, and partnering with HR to ensure smooth payroll operations.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now for ON based employees

      • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations

      • Familiarity with taxable benefits processing is an asset
      • Collaborate with HR on employee changes, benefits deductions, and timekeeping

      • Support HR intitatives such as hiring and recruitment, policy changes and writing, employee handbook updates etc.
      • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies

      • Assist with audits and reporting as needed

      • Year end payroll experience with T4s T2200s considered an asset.

      Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in finance or insurance

      • Proficiency with ADP or similar systems

      • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and best practices

      • Flexible and adaptable willing and ready to jump into new environments and needs as necessary
      • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
