Portfolio Payroll is excited to offer a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Payroll Analyst to join a dynamic payroll team. Based in the heart of downtown Toronto, you will support the processing of high-volume payroll cycles in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle payroll, including bi-weekly payroll cycles
- Process payroll for 400+ salaried and hourly employees
- Utilize Ceridian Dayforce payroll software for accurate and timely processing
- Assist with ROEs, journal entries, reconciliations, and GL entries
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Ceridian Dayforce payroll software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
