Payroll Analyst

Position: Payroll Analyst

Location: Winnipeg

Our client is prominent in the North American engineering space and looking to expand their Payroll and HR team

Responsibilities:

• Experience processing A-Z payroll for union/non-union environments
• Strong legislative and compliance knowledge for federal and provincial legislation
• Benefits experience for RRSP, benefits dues, union dues considered an asset
• Strong analytical data experience comfortable working with large data files within excel
• Year end duties and responsibilities. Comfortable with T4s, remittances, reconciliations payroll audits, payroll GL submissions
• Working in partnership with the Payroll Manager and payroll administrator
• Systems experience with ADP, time and attendance modules considered an asset
• PCP certification considered an asset

For you

• base salary 70,000-82,000 based on experience
