      Portfolio Payroll is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team and support payroll operations within a dynamic electronics and engineering company. If you have solid payroll administration experience and are comfortable working in a technical, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

      Responsibilities:

      • Process payroll accurately and on time for salaried, hourly, and contract engineering staff across various departments and project sites

      • Handle payroll data entry, timesheet verification, and assist with tracking overtime, bonuses, and allowances specific to the engineering sector

      • Ensure compliance with payroll policies, labor laws, and industry-specific agreements

      • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll queries and discrepancies

      • Maintain and update payroll records, preparing reports as needed for management and audits

      • Assist with payroll audits and contribute to process improvements

      Qualifications:

      • 2 to 5 years of payroll administration experience, preferably in electronics, engineering, or a related technical industry

      • Familiarity with payroll software such as Ceridian Dayforce,UKG Payroll

      • Good understanding of US payroll regulations and industry-specific payroll considerations

      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

      • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

      • Hybrid role: 4 day in the office
