Role: Payroll Administrator

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing? We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team and take ownership of key payroll functions in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Verify employee and timekeeping data to ensure accuracy
Calculate and process wages, deductions, benefits, and non-regular payments
Maintain and update employee records across payroll systems, including changes related to promotions, leaves, terminations, and new hires
Support internal payroll operations, including data syncing, reporting, and reconciliation
Respond to payroll-related inquiries with professionalism or escalate them appropriately
Ensure compliance with internal policies and all applicable employment and payroll regulations (provincial and federal)
Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification or a minimum of 3 years of relevant payroll experience
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems is considered an asset
Full-time, salaried position based at a downtown Calgary office
Standard work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
