      Role: Payroll Administrator

      Location: Calgary

      Working model: Onsite

      Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing? We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team and take ownership of key payroll functions in a fast-paced, professional environment.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Verify employee and timekeeping data to ensure accuracy

      • Calculate and process wages, deductions, benefits, and non-regular payments

      • Maintain and update employee records across payroll systems, including changes related to promotions, leaves, terminations, and new hires

      • Support internal payroll operations, including data syncing, reporting, and reconciliation

      • Respond to payroll-related inquiries with professionalism or escalate them appropriately

      • Ensure compliance with internal policies and all applicable employment and payroll regulations (provincial and federal)

      Qualifications & Experience

      • Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification or a minimum of 3 years of relevant payroll experience

      • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills

      • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

      • Familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems is considered an asset

      Work Environment & Schedule

      • Full-time, salaried position based at a downtown Calgary office

      • Standard work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
