Payroll Administrator – 2 Month Contract
Location: Vaughan, ON
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for a 2-month contract position supporting a dynamic fashion client based in Vaughan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and administer payroll accurately and on time using Ceridian Dayforce
- Maintain employee records and update payroll information
- Handle payroll inquiries from employees
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
- Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Ceridian Dayforce payroll system is mandatory
- Strong understanding of payroll processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in fashion or retail industries, is a plus
