      Payroll Administrator
      Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 2 days on-site)
      Salary: $70,000-$75,000 + benefits

      About the Company
      Our client is a large, well-established logistics organization with a high-volume, fast-paced payroll environment. With a national footprint and a growing workforce, they are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support accurate and timely payroll processing.

      The Role
      Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll for a large employee population, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and supporting payroll-related inquiries across the business.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Process high-volume, full-cycle payroll on a regular schedule

      • Maintain and update employee payroll data (new hires, terminations, changes)

      • Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy

      • Administer statutory deductions, garnishments, and benefit deductions

      • Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner

      • Support year-end activities including T4s and audits

      • Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation

      Qualifications

      • 2-5+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment

      • PCP designation preferred (or currently working towards)

      • Experience in logistics, transportation, or similarly fast-paced industries is an asset

      • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

      • Comfortable working with payroll systems and Excel

      • Strong communication and customer service skills
