Role: Payroll Administrator
Location: North York (TTC & GO bus accessibility)
working model: 1-2 days onsite
Overview
- Will handle troubleshooting, answer emails, responsible for the HOURLY payroll (50 employees) and will assist on the union and salary payrolls
- Involved in a time & attendance implementation (Axis Care), go-live in February; testing starts November
- Must work cross-functionally and ensure compliance during payroll operations
- Culture fit is key – collaborative, hands-on, proactive
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years in payroll
- Systems: Experience with Dayforce or ADP preferred
- Certifications: Pursuing PCP
- Technical: Strong Excel skills (imports from time & attendance)
- Ability to learn and take on tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Package
- annual salary 50-59K
- hybrid working schedule
