      Role: Payroll & Accounting Administrator

      Location: Vaughan – onsite

      Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll and accounting administrator to join the organization as they look to grow the organization

      This is a standalone role working directly alongside the CEO

      Responsibilities:

      • Experienced full cycle payroll professional comfortable working across salaried environments
      • Previous knowledge and experience with ADP WFN – utilizing the system to process pay and to onboard new employees
      • Experience with CPP, EI, WSIB remittances, T4s and T2200s
      • Confident and competent communicator able to speak with clients regarding invoice questions and concerns
      • Ability to maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
      • Utilize accounting software to streamline bookkeeping tasks to improve efficiency
      • systems experience across, ADP, Quickbooks, SAGE
