      UKG Bilingual Payroll Specialist (New Opportunity – Fully remote!)

      Are you a French Bilingual payroll pro who lives for precision, loves a challenge, and knows UKG like the back of your hand? We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed UKG Payroll Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our Client’s growing team – all while working fully remote!

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles using UKG Ultipro software for Canadian and US employees (F/T and P/T).
      • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial/state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
      • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and provide reporting insights.
      • Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries and provide support with accuracy and professionalism.
      • Maintain accurate records and documentation of payroll transactions and employee data.

      Please note this a Temporary long-term opportunity that requires a Minimum 3 years of payroll experience using UKG in a high-volume, environment. PCP or CPP certification is considered an asset but not necessarily a must to be considered for the role.
