Role: Senior Payroll Specialist
Location: Downtown Toronto
Work Model: (2-3 days a week)
Our Professional Services client located dowontown Toronto are actively on the market to secure top talent to join their organziation
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle payroll processing experience for 500+ ON based employees
- strong compliance knowledge for both federal and provincial payroll laws
- previous benefits experience – comfortable working with policy premiums, RRSP matching etc.
- reporting to finance – strong payroll audit, GL reporting and reconciliation experience
- Experience with Dayforce – able to support HRIS updates for employees, configurations and navigate the system for pulling reports etc.
- previous experience with bonus and commission pay ideal
- PLP certification ideal
- strong excel

- base salary contingent on experience 87,000 – 105,000
