      Role: Senior Manager, Payroll & HRIS

      Location: Hybrid 2 days in office in – Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver or Calgary

      our client is actively recruiting for a senior manager to lead their Payroll and HRIS environment in Canada.

      Responsibilities:

      • Bilingual proficiency in both verbal and written French and English
      • experience managing and developing teams of 3+ senior specialists
      • ability to liaise with international offices regarding payroll operations across EMEA
      • Strong UKG expertise acting as the HRIS lead for the organization
      • strong compliance knowledge across ON, AB, BC, QC
      • leading vendor relationships for benefits, pension and hris
      • partner with senior leadership across Operations, HR and Finance and advise on payroll best practice
