Role: Payroll Specialist
Location: London (5 days onsite)
Our client in the manufacturing space is eagerly seeking an experienced full cycle payroll specialist to join the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Experience processing full cycle ON payroll for 500+ hourly and salaried employees
- strong compliance and legislative knowledge for provincial and federal
- comfortable working in a multi-cycle payroll environment for both weekly and biweekly pay cycles
- previous union payroll experience is an asset
- hands on experience with time and attendance modules an asset
- Dayforce experience is an asset – good understanding of the environment is an asset
- reporting to the Senior HR Manager and working in collaboration of the entire HR payroll team
- year end reporting experience with T4s, T2200s etc.
- payroll audit and reconcilaition experience considered an asset
- PCP or PLP certification consisdered an asset
