Role: Payroll Manager – US / CAN
Location: Regina SK
working model: hybrid 4 days onsite
Our client is seeking an experienced payroll leader to join the organization for 2026
Responsibilities:
- oversee end to end payroll processing for a high volume environment across multi-state and multi-provincial environment
- mentor and lead a team of payroll administrators as they focus on full cycle processing
- strong expertise with payroll compliance legislation for both US and Canada
- Time and attendance experience is considered an asset
- previous experience with UKG considered an asset
- strong year end experience with both T4s and W2s, strong audit and reporting experience.
- PCP or PLP (formerly CPM) certification considered an asset

- base salary based on experience 95000-125000
