We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage the payroll function in a high-volume environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a large workforce while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise with ADP systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to process improvement.
Manage and process end-to-end payroll for [number] employees in a high-volume environment using ADP.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.
Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting to maintain accuracy and integrity.
Lead and develop the payroll team, providing guidance and training as needed.
Act as primary point of contact for internal and external payroll inquiries, including tax agencies and auditors.
Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and leverage ADP functionalities for efficiency.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data integration and reporting.
5+ years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (or equivalent ADP platform) is required.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-jurisdiction payrolls.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
