Our client, a well-established organisation are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Assistant to join them on a permanent basis
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with collating data worksheets for payroll submission
- Processing starters, leavers, contractual changes etc…
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation
- Prepare and process payment requests
- Assist in pension processing
- Assist in preparation of payroll reports
- Respond to payroll queries working as the first point of contact
Strong excel skills including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables and high-volume payroll experience is essential.
