Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team in the finance/insurance sector. This hybrid role (2-3 days onsite) is responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll using ADP Workforce Now & ADP TeamPay, supporting compliance, and partnering with HR to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now for ON based employees
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations
Collaborate with HR on employee changes, benefits deductions, and timekeeping
Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Assist with audits and reporting as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in finance or insurance
Proficiency with ADP or similar systems
Strong understanding of payroll compliance and best practices
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
