Role: Payroll Coordinator
Location: Vaughan
Working model: Onsite
Our client is looking for an experienced full cycle payroll professional to join the organization to support full cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees
Responsibilities
- Experienced full cycle payroll professional
- comfortable handling a high volume hourly environment
- Strong legislative compliance payroll knowledge – staying up to date with any relevant changes and updates
- Update and maintain employee records across payroll platforms (e.g., promotions, leaves, terminations, new hires)
- Respond professionally to payroll-related inquiries or direct them to the appropriate contact
- Previous experience using Ceridian Dayforce considered an asset
- Familiar with Time and Attendance softwares, able to handle timesheet verification and audits when necessary
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification considered an asset
