      Our Portfolio Payroll Client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator (Mid-Sr. Level) to support their growing payroll operations team. This is a Temporary opportunity of approximately 4-6 month duration and a hybrid position that offers a unique opportunity for a driven individual to gain continued valuable experience in a blended role, supporting both payroll and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, and excited by the possibility of long-term growth within the organization.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Assist with payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now
      • Support payroll-related data entry and verification tasks
      • Handle general administrative duties including document management, filing, and internal communications
      • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks

      Qualifications:

      • Mid-level experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
      • 6-10 years of direct overall experience
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills
