      Overview:

      • Position: Human Resources Business Development Advisor
      • Type: Full-Time Permanent
      • Location: Fully on-site Monday to Friday in Downtown Toronto near Union Station
      • Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm
      • Salary: $55,000-$60,000 + Uncapped Commission (YTD $80,000-$85,000+)

      As a Human Resources Business Development Advisor working in the SaaS environment, you won’t just advise-You’ll help businesses stay compliant, solve challenges before they arise, and introduce forward-thinking HR solutions that make a real difference. You’ll step beyond traditional HR boundaries, blending compliance knowledge with consultative sales to help businesses thrive. You’ll be the expert they turn to, the strategist who guides them, and the relationship builder who earns their trust.       What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

      • Partner with Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales Department’s Business Development Managers to provide expert HR guidance to potential clients.
      • Consult & Advise: Conduct video consultations to assess business needs and be the go-to person offering tailored HR solutions.
      • Build Strong Relationships: Develop trust and rapport with prospects and sales teams, ensuring long-term partnerships.
      • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with evolving employment laws and best practices to provide up-to-date, compliant advice.
      • Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions and recommend additional services that add value.

      What You Will Contribute:

      • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in an HR advisory role dealing with all levels of employees, specifically senior management.
      • Knowledge: In depth understanding of provincial and federal employment legislation regarding employment standards, human rights codes, and other relevant matters.
      • Education: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources.
      • Designation: CPHR is strongly preferred.
      • Interpersonal Skills: Adaptable, goal orientated and client-centric mindset.
      • Nice to Have: Experience in a KPI driven environment such as sales, business services or operations is a strong asset.
